Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how datairi (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit datairi.com and use the tools hosted on it (the “Service”).
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is datairi, based in Serbia. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@datairi.com.
2. What we collect
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects data such as your IP address (truncated/anonymised by Google), device and browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, to understand how the site is used.
- Information you submit to the tools. When you use a tool (e.g. the AI Readiness Checker), the URL, brand name, and query you enter are processed to produce your result. We do not require an account and do not ask for personal data to run a check.
- Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical data (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and reliability.
3. How we use it
- To operate, maintain and improve the site and tools.
- To produce the analysis you request.
- To measure aggregate traffic and usage trends.
- To protect the Service against abuse and technical faults.
4. Cookies
We use cookies set by Google Analytics for measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the tools will still work. We do not use cookies for advertising.
5. Third parties we share data with
We do not sell your data. Data is processed by the following providers only to deliver the Service:
- Google (Analytics) — website usage measurement.
- Hosting provider (Hetzner) — runs the server and stores logs.
- SEO data APIs — when you run a check, the URL you submit is sent to third-party services (e.g. Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Knowledge Graph, OpenPageRank, and—only if you opt in—DataForSEO) to gather the metrics shown in the report.
6. How long we keep data
Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (default up to 14 months). Tool inputs are processed in memory to generate your result and are not stored in a database. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
7. International transfers
Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside your country, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g. under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email hello@datairi.com.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
